Wine Maker’s Notes
Koutsoygiannopoulos is the name of the family that produces the wine. The winery was founded in 1870 by the brothers Grigoris and Dimitris Koutsoyannopoulos and is located in Vothonas. The vineyards are located in the Exo Gialos area of Fira (Aspra Homata).
Lava White is a fresh wine with soft and fruity taste.
Perfectly matches with poultry, white sauces and cheeses. Best served at 9-11oC.
