Wine Maker’s Notes
Koutsoygiannopoulos is the name of the family that produces the wine. The winery was founded in 1870 by the brothers Grigoris and Dimitris Koutsoyannopoulos and is located in Vothonas. The vineyards are located in the Exo Gialos area of Fira (Aspra Homata).
Lava Rose is a fresh wine stored in stainless tanks with round, velvet taste and intense aromas of fresh fruit.
Perfectly matches with light food, white meat, and fruits. Best served at 11-12oC.
