Wine maker’s notes
Expression of our greatest terroir is the Estate Argyros Oak Fermented, combining depth, finesse, and elegance with great minerality. With the addition of French oak, where the wine matures for 6 months, we have a wine which is golden yellow in color, with flavors of nuts, honeycomb, butter, and vanilla. Generous while breathing.
Accompanies perfectly white and red meat, lamb stewed with lemon and herbs and matured cheeses. Best served at 10-12°C.
