Vintage: 2015 | Varietal Composition: 100% Assyrtiko

Vinification: Classic white vinification.

Aging potential: 2-3 years

Characteristics: Brilliant white colour and a strong fruity character of apple, peach and other white-skinned fruit that reveal the varietyʼs origin. Elegant, round, full-bodied, good acidity and a characteristic aftertaste in the mouth.

Food pairing: Fish, seafood, white meat. Served at 10-12°C
