Wine maker’s notes
Nose dominated by citrus fruits aromas (lemon, lime), peach and hints of apricot framed by briny minerality. The palate is full with dense structure, aromatic intensity of lemon blossom,
briny flavour and sharp acidity that acts refreshingly. Crispness in the aftertaste with a long finish.
Dolphins is best served at 12oC. It accompanies ideally seafood, shells, fried or grilled fish, and all Aegean Archipelago delicacies.
