How to make it at home:
-Add 70ml of room-temperature water to a clean and dry briki (traditional coffee pot) with a narrow neck.
-Place the briki over low heat.
-Add 7gr of coffee and approximately 4gr of sugar for a medium-sweet Greek coffee. Stir well to fully combine the ingredients.
-Wait until the coffee starts to rise.
-Slowly pour into a classic Greek coffee cup and enjoy.
