Chardonnay Boutari is the result of the excellent acclimatization of the world-famous Chardonnay variety. A balanced wine, in which the fresh, vibrant, and fruity character of the variety is pronounced along with subtle barrel notes.
VΙΝIFICATION
Use of pre-fermentational extraction so as to enrich the aromatic potential and fermentation in oak barrels with further examination of the lees.
AGEING
In oak barrels for 6 months.
CHARACTERISTIS
Brilliant, crystal-clear, pale yellow color. Intriguing fruity aromatic character reminiscent of pear, apple, and citrus accompanied by subtle notes of oak and vanilla. Fresh, crisp, with excellent structure and a long aromatic aftertaste.
