Tasting & pairing Notes
Aromas of citrus fruits, with lime taking the lead. Floral notes (violet) and red fruits from the Xinomavro. Elegant and intensely aromatic on the palate, with balanced acidity and a refined aftertaste. Pair it with shellfish, grilled fish, sushi, and chicken in lemon sauce. Best served at 9-12°C.
