Vinification: Red wine vinification with an emphasis on phenolic extraction.
Aging: For 12 months in oak barrels.
Characteristics: Dark red color with an intense bouquet, dominated by aromas of red forest fruit, sweet aging aromas, like cinnamon, clover, and cocoa, matched harmoniously with the aromas of oak barrels and roasted nuts. An exquisite structure, rich body, volume, and long duration in taste and aroma.
Serving temperature: 16-18 °C
Food pairing: Grilled meat, spicy sausages, cooked veal in red sauce and aged cheese platters.
