Vinification
Co-vinification of the two varieties and long-lasting skin contact. Maturation in French oak for 12 months
Tasting notes
Dark ruby color, nose of intense complex bouquet, aroma of violet, liquorice and red fruit. Spicy rich palate, delicate fine-grained velvet tannins, slightly high acidity. High flavor intensity of apricots, nicely mixing with sweet red fruit, species, and long finish.
Unfiltered wine. Any amount of sediment in the bottle is quite normal. It is recommended to be decanted 30 minutes before consumed.
