The Thyme Honey is an amber yellow honey with a unique aroma and taste. It is collected in the Kalymnos island, in the Dodecanese, known from the mythology, as Apollo’s (god of the sun) sacred region. Kalymnos thyme is considered as one of the finest in the Mediterranean area giving high-quality honey. The unique combination of thyme honey with honeycomb offers a healthy culinary result and additional nutritional value.
