The Thyme Blossom Honey is an amber yellow honey with a unique aroma and taste. It is collected in the Kalymnos island, in the Dodecanese, known from the mythology, as Apollo’s (god of the sun) sacred region. Kalymnos thyme is considered as one of the finest in the Mediterranean area giving high-quality honey.
