This tomato paste is made from cherry tomatoes from Santorini. Cherry tomato owns its deep aroma and sweet taste in the unique climate and the volcanic soil of the island. The rain falls are limited but the plants do not need any draining system. The humidity of the night, concentrated inside the light-stone and during the day time offer to plant this humidity.
Owning to above mentioned phenomenon, Santorini tomatoes have a higher concentration than the ordinary tomato, of aromatic and taste substances.
The tomato paste is biological under the certification of the Greek Biological Institution and has also HACCP certificate.
