Are you looking for an authentic Greek salad recipe? This is the one. The traditional version, as we prepare it in our own Greek Way, is the Horiatiki (means ‘from the village’) one.
Combine fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions in a bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together extra virgin oil, and oregano; season with salt and pepper. Toss. Transfer salad to a serving bowl and top with feta and olives. Enjoy!
