Wine maker’s notes
Canava Karamolegos (or Kasteli Wines) is located at St Paraskevi of Vothonas. The enologist E. Karamolegkos experiments with the grapes of his vineyard and uses modern equipment for the production of the wine.
Delicate with ripe citrus fruits aromas. Enjoy this Assyrtiko next to white meats, a full-flavored, grilled fish, light sauces. Best served at 8-10 °C.
