Wine maker’s notes
The dominant character of Assyrtiko offers freshness and Mandilaria adds fruit and elegance. This combination makes the wine ideal for the summer, barbeques and relaxing moments.
Cherry pink in color, with flavors of strawberries and cherries. Light body and delicate acidity.
The fermentation is done in stainless steel vats.
Accompanies perfectly salads, pasta, and chicken with a light dressing. Best served at 8-10°C.
