Salt 15%, basil, yellow root, curry, thyme

Use: Regardless of the cooking method—baking, grilling, or pressure-cooking—this dry rub consistently imparts delicious flavor to chicken. Apply it as a dry rub, add it to marinades, or mix it with olive oil to make a paste. Adjust the quantity to taste, keeping in mind that it contains 15% salt.
