Dry White Wine | 750ml
Santorini Protected Designation of Origin (PDO Santorini)

Vintage: 2013 | Varietal Composition: 100% Assyrtiko

Vinification: Classic white vinification.

Length and type of aging: 7 months in oak barrels (3-7 months in bottle)

Aging Potential: 7-10 years

Characteristics: Brilliant yellow colour, complex ageing aromas (wood, hazelnut, smoke and vanilla), that blend harmoniously with the fruity aromas of this variety (apple and peach). Rich, fatty, round, with an excellent structure, a metal tinge and an intense aromatic aftertaste.

Food Pairing: Shellfish, cooked fish and high in fat cheeses. Served at 10-12°C.
