Monkey, wall-painting reproduction
Detail from the Monkeys fresco that was found in the Building Complex B (room 6, north wall) of the Akrotiri archaeological site (17th century BC), Thira (Santorini).
The reproduction is made using the same techniques and materials as the prehistoric artist, combined with modern techniques and methods used for the conservation and presentation of the wall-paintings in the laboratory at Akrotiri, Thera.
The reproduction is attached to a slightly bigger wooden board and is ready to frame or hang it directly on the wall. The overall dimensions are 24x30cm | 9.45×11.8in.
