The museums and archaeological sites of Santorini now operate in their winter time schedule. Those who intend to visit, should bear in mind the following:

– Akrotiri Archaeological Site: open daily except Mondays 08:00 – 15:00, admission 6 euro. Tel. 2286081939
– Archaeological Site of Ancient Thera: open daily except Monday 08:00 – 15:00, entrance 2 euro. Tel. 2286022217, 2286022317
– Museum of Prehistoric Thera: open daily except Tuesday 08:00 – 15:00, entrance 3 euro. Tel. 2286023217
– Archaeological Museum: open from Thursday to Sunday 08:00 – 15:00, entrance 1 euro. Tel. 2286022217
– Collection of icons and heirlooms of Pyrgos, Thira: daily except Mondays 09:30 – 15:30, entrance 1 euro. Tel. 2286031812

For the period 1/11 – 31/3 the entrance to the above museums and archaeological sites is free every first Sunday of the month.
